The three wines are united and aged in steel for an additional 3 months before bottling.

Dellavalle
Rebus
Grignolino DOC
Tasting notes:
It has a light ruby red color and the grape’s typical firm and pleasant tannicity is pronounced in the wine.
Grignolino should generally be drank young or within 2-3 years from harvesting, but this does not hold true for ours, which just improves over time; it’s an ideal wine for accompanying typical Piedmont appetizers and first courses, but can also be drank throughout the entire meal.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Ressia
Barbera d’Alba
"Canova" DOC
Vinyard: Canova vinyard, Neive, Piedmont
Grape variety: Barbera
Ageing: 18 months in stainless steel and a few months in the bottle.
Color: Ruby red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: Rich and complex with hints of blackberries, coriander, rose and spicy with a touch of iodine.
Taste: Respects the classical Barbera backbone: good acidity in perfect equilibrium, with an inviting and persistent tannic-sapid component.

Az. Ag. Terrini
2007 Boca
DOC
Vinyard: Hills of Maggiora, Northern Piedmont.
Grape variety: Nebbiolo 90%, Vespolina 10%
Tasting notes: Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Elegant nose with the aroma of wild berries, cherries and violets. This medium bodied wine is lively at first, with ripe cherry flavors, the balanced palate then reveals cacao and tobacco, finishing with smooth, mouth-drying tannins.
