Grape variety: 100% Prosecco
Style: Sparkling wine (Charmat Method)
Appearance: Straw yellow color which is brilliant thanks to the integration of the "perlage" and the bubbles.
Nose: Green apple and pear with very fresh aromatic notes.
Palate: It is continuous and lively in the mouth, slightly sweet at first but perfectly balanced.
Pairing: Superb with all meals. Excellent with fish, crustaceans and other seafood, but also with vegetable appetizers, or first dishes that are light and delicate, and with white meat.

Appearance: Straw yellow color which is brilliant thanks to the integration of the "perlage" and the bubbles.
Nose: Expresses delicate pear aroma and white flowers such as acacia and jasmine. It is delicate and very fresh.
Palate: Gives an impact of soft, continuous and lively taste as well as, harmonious and elegant.
Pairing: The Extra Dry is the more classic version of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and is excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with crustaceans, various fish and rice dishes.

Appearance: Pale straw yellow coloured with a very fine and persistent perlage, proof of slow bottle refermentation on its lees.
Nose: The aroma is intense and fragrant, with classic notes of bread crust, followed by more mature overtones of ripe fruit, tobacco and hints of citrus.
Palate: It boasts the full flavour of a mature wine enlivened by a fresh acid vein that does not affect the overall roundness and elegance.
Pairing: Extremely suitable as an aperitif, it can be paired with all appetizers, delicately flavoured dishes prepared with sauces, fish and shellfish.

Tasting notes: The wine's aromatic profile is complex and appealing with an intense and distinct aroma of ripe fruit, hints of citrus, white flowers and aromatic herbs.

Vinyard: Hilly areas of Valdobbiadene (Treviso), Veneto
Grape variety: 100% Prosecco. For Millesimato only highly selected grapes from the best vineyards in Valdobbiadene are used.
Style: Sparkling wine (Charmat Method)
Appearance: Brilliant straw yellow. Fine bubbles and persistent perlage.
Nose: Ample wine, high intensity and harmony. The scents of yellow apple, pear and white peach stand out softening into flower scents with notes of acacia and jasmine.
Palate: Soft, full and persistent, the foam elegantly frees on the palate. Optimal balance and harmony, in complete correspondence with the flavour.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it is suitable for all occasions, meetings and parties.

Style: Sparkling wine (Classic Method, pas dose)
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow with a very fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with clean flower aromas and fruity nuances and develops into an elegant touch of nuts and aromatic herbs. The flavour is strong, rich, dry and clean with a pleasant background note of green almonds.
Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, it is also a perfect complement to shellfish and fish, however the wine can be drunk throughout the meal.
