Vinyard: Hills above the small Village of Saccol, municipality of Valdobbiadene (Treviso), Veneto
Grape variety: 100% Prosecco. For Millesimato only highly selected grapes from the best vineyards in Valdobbiadene are used.
Style: Sparkling wine (Charmat Method)
Appearance: Straw yellow color which is brilliant thanks to the integration of the "perlage" and the bubbles.
Nose: Scent is well balanced and intense, with notes of apple, pear, peach, honey, citrus fruits and wild flowers.
Palate: Harmonic and elegant, it has aromas of great freshness. The flavor is intense and elegant, full and long.
Pairings: With tasty dishes like goose liver patè or with canapés of smoked salmon. Cartizze goes well also with fruit tarts, focacce and pastry. It is an ideal conclusion for an important meal.
Recognitions: Gold Medal at 2008 Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition; 90 points (Brut version) in Luca Maroni's 2014 Yearbook of Best Italian Wines and quoted as being "one of the best proseccos ever".

Grape variety: 70% Glera, 15% Sauvignon, 15% Gewurztraminer.
Style: Sparkling wine (Charmat Method)
Appearance: Light straw color, moderate effervescence and fine perlage.
Nose: The aroma exhibits immediate aromatic touch of flowers and exotic fruit, well integrated with the rest of the compendium. Fragrant and enjoyable.
Palate: Dry, a hint of sweet fruit softens the tone. Smooth, balanced, well supported by fine bubbles; remarkable and clean aftertaste.
Pairings: With fish or seafood prepared with a touch of creativity, starting with the use of spicy ingredients that take advantage of the presence of Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon. White meat and risotto with spring or summer vegetables are other good options.

Tasting notes: The fine perlage unveils aromas of small berries and hints of bread crust and citrus. A richly flavoured yet elegant wine.
Pairing: Ideal with fish, shellfish, delicate meat and first course dishes.

Appearance: Delicate antique rose, almost angel-skin coral. Sparkling, fine-grain mousse, fine, long-lasting perlage.
Nose: Intense, fine, elegant with dominant notes of small ripe berries, wild strawberries, red currants and raspberries, as well as flower notes.
Palate: Sapid, elegant, velvety and very fresh.
Pairings: This wine is an excellent aperitif and goes well with white meat and fish.
Recognitions: Gold Medal at 2012 Effervescente du Monde, France; 88 points in Luca Maroni's 2014 Yearbook of Best Italian Wines; Silver Medal in 2013 Concours International Rosés du Monde, France.

Style: Slightly sparkling wine (Charmat Method)
Appearance: Straw-yellow with a fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Fresh and lively, of moderate alcohol content.
Palate: Flavorsome, well-balanced and pleasantly acidulous
Pairings: It is an excellent aperitif or a wine to go with the whole meal. It goes well with light, fresh dishes, typical of the cuisine of the Treviso area.
